Our local providers have a combined experience of over 200 years! - selecting and preparing smoked Wild Salmon products. For your enjoyment, we've chosen three different tastes...all Alder Smoked... which we call Seattle Style, Traditional Style and Northwest Style.

And...from Native American to Pioneer days to the Present, people in the Northwest have always maintained the Tradition of Sharing. Our job here is to share one of the 'oldest and best of gifts'...the Wild Salmon and Seafood of the Northwest.

With the advent of new studies identifying the beneficial health effects of Omega 3 fats (present in all salmon), we felt it was time to make this delicious food easily available to you, our neighbors...and we additionally offer our personal chef's best recipes!
